我國高新技術企業人力資源的SWOT分析及對策

中國進入全球市場,競爭日趨激烈。國內、外高新技術企業之間的人才競爭也漸趨熾烈。本文首先從高新技術企業的基本理論入手。其次,文章對我國高新技術企業人力資源的特點和作用進行介紹,分析人力資源在企業中的重要性。然后,針對高新技術企業所面臨的人力資源狀況進行SWOT分析,將高新技術企業在國際上所面臨的內部具有的優勢和劣勢,與外部機會和威脅進行對比。最后,努力探求解決高新技術企業在人力資源引進、培訓、激勵、風險管理、績效管理等方面的辦法人力資源swot分析,提出對策,以應對激烈的人才競爭人力資源swot分析,促使我國高新技術企業在國際舞臺上占據一席之地。

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure on the High-tech Enterprise's Human Resources of China
Abstract: There exists fierce competition on the international,as China enters the international market . The high-tech enterprise's competition for talent also hastens gradually and blazingly between countries. Firstly,this article embarks from the high-tech enterprise's and human resources’s theory. Next,it introduces the feature and the function of the high-tech enterprise human resources in our country. Then,it analyses the human resources condition about the high-tech enterprise on the SWOT analysis. And that elaborates the superiority、inferiority、opportunity and the threat which the high-tech enterprise’s human resources will face on the international. Finally, the article propounds some solutions about the human resources introduction, training, motivation, risk management, achievements management and so on, in order to meet the intense competition for talent and urge the high-tech enterprise to occupy a central place in the international stage.
